Thank you Jeremy!!!

The problem is with our proxy (firewall). When I tried to install
Config-General manually I got an error saying that the proxy is denying
access to the website. Can u tell me which website needs to be accessed for
installing the Config-General or any other modules so that I will ask the
firewall person to provide access.

Krishna Chaithanya

This means your are missing the "Config::General" Perl module which is
required by umts-tools to work. This should have been installed when
you run the "install-win32.bat" file, so I am a bit surprised. Try
re-running install-win32.bat and making a note of any error message
you see. You can also try to install Config::General yourself by
running:

ppm install Config-General

Can we please continue this discussion on the
umts-tools at lists.jerryweb.org mailing list, maybe some other users are
running into a similar problem?

Regards,
Jeremy
