Hi Javier!

I have copied our mail exchange on COM ports below for the benefit of the other
users on this mailing list. To answer your question, the important thing when
using "high" port numbers is that instead of just "COM32" you need to specify
"\\.\COM32" (note the backslashes). This form also works for lower port numbers
which is why it is the one I mention in the documentation.
