[umts-tools] WSP header / content-type

Hello!

I am currently looking into extending umts-tools' SMS
functionality to send OTA configuration WAP PUSH messages. However, I
am having trouble encoding the content-type+headers length and the
length of the actual content-type. 

I have been reading "Over The Air Settings Specification, Version 7.0"
(Nokia & Ericsson, available from http://www.forum.nokia.com/) and 
cannot figure out the example that is given on page 27:

Headerslength (content type + headers) : 0x2C (44)
value-length for the content-type : 0x1F ("length over 30") followed
by 0x2A (42)

My problem is that the content-type is
"application/x-wap-prov.browser-settings", which is .. 39 characters
long, not 42!

Does one of you have any experience with generating WSP headers, or
know anyone who could help out?
