Summary: improve detection of call success / failure 
Keywords: 

* For Sony Ericsson terminals, poll the activity status (AT+CPAS) until dialing
  is completed or fails and examine the final activity status.

* For Motorola terminals, list current calls (AT+CLCC) to determine whether the
  call suceeded or failed.
