Thanks for the fixes, they are applied to SVN.

Sorry for the long delay in my reply, I am no longer actively
maintaining MkEzx, I have sinced shifted my focus to OpenEmbedded
(http://www.openembedded.org/). I'm not 100% satisfied with its build
system but it has a considerably larger user base..
